Position Overview

The FP&A Associate will play a key role in supporting the finance team by preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in financial planning within a professional accounting and auditing services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and analyzing financial data.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with auditors and accountants to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or auditing (internship experience acceptable).
• CPA track or CFA Level I candidacy is a plus.
